We were really excited about the concert and we were even more excited when we realised we had some really good seats near the front! I hadn't seen them before but I love the Beatles so what could go wrong!?
Right from the start it was just incredible; they started off in 1963 and the early records (She Loves You, All My Loving etc) before moving through the years, to Shea Stadium and beyond! The 2nd part started with Magical Mystery Tour and some of the great records from 1967, and more fab costume changes! Although they didn't do Sgt Pepper, they did Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane, which I love, as well as a surprise for me: they did Eleanor Rigby! The final section was all about Abbey Road, and they did almost all of the album which was just outstanding!
A thoroughly enjoyable evening!!
