The dogs were full of excitement, and so were we as we started the count down to 2020! We didn't go anywhere - just stayed in the warm and watched movies (Malificent). The next day the excitement continued as Daddy watched Newcastle lose to Leicester on the telly, and later discovered a mouse in a mouse trap under the stairs. The humanity! Welcome to 2020 x
Once upon a time, in the year two thousand and ten and on the twenty fourth day of the third month, a little girl was born at 12:31pm in Newcastle. She was named Eleanor Frances Jameson and all her family smiled. This is her tale...

Boxing Day buffet at Auntie Kirsty's
After Daddy got back from playing snooker with Uncle Andrew & Uncle Mark, we headed over to Kirsty's. Auntie Sue & Lucas were there, plus Uncle Paul & Auntie Tracy were there with Ralph, their sausage dog!
It was lovely - we had a great buffet (thanks Auntie Kirsty!) and we just sat around and chatted whilst the football was on before we got the coffee table set up for a game of Trivial Pursuit. Rather than be on a team, I decided to take care of asking the questions. Lucas & Nanna were the winners in the end but it was great fun!
Inevitably the guitars came out and Daddy, Uncle Mark and Uncle Andrew were playing, and we had a bit of a sing song! Great night but there'll have been a few sore heads in the morning!!

Christmas Evening at Jen & Gary's!
And to round off Christmas Day in fine style we headed over to Jen & Gary's for a bit - more of a chillax but we did play the cereal box game. That's the game where you need to bend over to pick up the box with your teeth without using your hands, and after each round Auntie Jen cuts a bit off the top of the box so that it gets shorter and shorter. Amy won in the end!
As Auntie Hope put Baby Lucy in the bath, and everyone was getting sleepy, we headed home to have a relax and watch the Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special.
What a great Christmas Day!!

He's been!!!!
As is becoming a tradition, Lori and I had a sleep over on Christmas Eve to keep each other company and help each other get to sleep! The night before, we left out the usual mince pie and glass of milk for Santa, with carrots for the reindeer! And they had been eaten by the morning!! We were up bright and early this morning to see if Santa had been! And he had been!!
Santa left Lori and I lots of great presents, both of us getting lots of lovely clothes, jewellery and smellies!!
Mummy & Daddy loved their presents as well, and it was a beautiful morning with smiles as wide as the Tyne!
