Last Elmer Mission!

We didn't have long before the Elmers would be heading to their forever homes (after the auction!) so Daddy and I made a plan and with my friend Aimee we headed out in the car to find the last remaining Elmers!

We started in Team Valley, before heading over to Sunderland:-

Found this brilliantly named pub - same name as my Great Grandad Bill from Darlington!

Headed over to Sunderland's ground where there was another Elmer in the Beacon of Light building.

Soon after we made it to Seaburn and Roker to meet some more Elmers!

We couldn't say no to a hot chocolate in a lovely cycling-themed cafe, called Fausto, on the beach front. Lovely bit of cake as well - mmm! :-)

Roker Park Elmer - called, "Elmer the Patchwork Elephant"

We also headed over to South Shields for the last few;
 to Marine Park, the Customs House, and the library...

On the ferry - we had heard an Elmer had wandered on to a ferry... it hadn't...
Still, nice quick trip to North Shields and back - haha!

Exploring the space exhibition at The Word, South Shields' fab library space!

Good old Buddy - haha!

Quick trip to Schuh to pick up an early Christmas present! (not those tiny pink ones!)
I love my daddy x

And a bite to eat at F&Bs!

We came back the next night on the Metro.
And here's the final Elmer, in Central Station:- "Elmerus Maximus"!
