Once upon a time, in the year two thousand and ten and on the twenty fourth day of the third month, a little girl was born at 12:31pm in Newcastle. She was named Eleanor Frances Jameson and all her family smiled. This is her tale...

It's beginning to feel a lot like... HALLOWEEN!
I'm so excited, it's one day to go until Halloween! Daddy and I have been doing Halloween things all day; decorating the front door for trickle treaters coming round tomorrow, and we carved a pumpkin. We took some photos...

Trip to see Auntie Alice
Since it's half term we thought we'd take the opportunity to drive up to Scotland to see Auntie Alice, and of course baby Finlay!
We had a smashing time and I managed to collect some leaves to spell out the number "60" in commemoration of my school's 60th birthday celebrations.

Busy Sunday!
We had a really busy today today; firstly we headed off in the car to Newcastle for some food. We had a lovely Chinese buffet in Chinatown before heading off across the river to take in the delights of Baltic, the wonderful centre for contemporary art. We took the scary glass lift right to the top before heading into the workshop where I made a great mobile decoration with bees hanging off it.
When we got home I caught up on my reading homework and completely nailed all the tests as you can see from the video below!

Gymnastic achievements!
I couldn't wait to get home after school today to tell everyone about my special award I got at school! It was for trying really hard in PE, not giving in, and doing a really great balance on one leg!

Alice's birthday party!
Today was the birthday party of Alice, who is my best friend at school. It was held at Earsdon Community Centre and we had a great time!
After deciding what to wear mummy did my hair in a plait and we were on our way; I was eager to get in the car and see Alice & all my friends from school!

When we got there I was really happy to see Alice, and I gave her her present & card. Lots of my other friends from school were also arriving and it wasn't long before the magician, Mr Windbags, got started! He was really funny and we played lots of musical games before we conga'd into the dining room to have some lovely party food & cakes. Shortly after we were again entertained by Mr Windbags, and we all had a great time as he did his best magic tricks, made animals from balloons and made us all laugh! Fantastic party and it was the talk of the classroom on Monday morning! Happy birthday Alice! x

Sleepy Sunday down at Tynemouth market
We enjoyed a great day day over in Tynemouth. The sun was out as we parked our car in the car park over looking the mouth of the Tyne. Daddy gave me a piggie back up the hill past the Priory before we walked along Front Street to the market. I picked up decent home made winter hat & gloves before we all shared a lovely big strawberry & cream waffle! Lori got a t-shirt printed whilst mummy had a look around some of the winter plants they had there. Had a little snooze when we got back, I don't mind admitting.

Mummy's Little Hairdresser
Today I enjoyed some great banter with mummy as I styled her hair. I don't think she appreciated not being able to see the TV whilst I was working though!
