Riding to Nanna's on my bike!

After all the Easter hunt excitement we went round to Nanna's for a lovely Easter Sunday dinner. Kirsty, Mark and his girlfriend Claire, were there and I rode all the way there on my new bike! See the video below!

Interviewed about the Easter bunny

After the Easter egg hunt, I engaged in a bit of Q&A with Mummy about the Easter Bunny. I found the session tough but manageable. Mind, she's nee Paxman...

Watch out for me literally falling off my chair at the end!

QR code Easter egg hunt!

Happy Easter everyone! Mummy made an Easter egg hunt game where Lori & I had to scan QR codes with the iPad to collect clues which led us to the hidden Easter eggs! It was great fun!

Off we go...

A-ha! The secret location, and another clue!

We found more eggs - oh, and another clue...

I'd use this oven if I wanted things to get very hot.

More treats hidden in the shower.

And we found the treasure!

Feeding chickens at Grandads

We popped to Grandad's today and whilst we were there I was feeding the chickens! One of them got in the kitchen and bit my finger so I was a bit annoyed but didn't want to make a fuss.

Rinsing my own hair

I had a bath tonight and washed my own hair. Normally Daddy or Mummy rinses my hair and I get quite upset so I thought I'd start doing it for myself. Mixed results...

In the car wash

After Daddy picked Lori and I up we decided to go through the car wash on the way home. I hadn't been in a car wash before and I was a little bit scared. It was okay though - the big spinning monsters outside didn't get me.

My Happy Birthday party!

My happy birthday celebrations continued in style with a lovely tea party where my nanna, grandad and lots friends and family came round to see me. They brought cards and more lovely presents and we had food and cake. I was delighted when I got to blow out my candles. I made a wish but didn't tell anyone what it was.

Writing Lori's name!

Lately I've been practising my writing, and trying to learn all the letters so I can read & write. After tonight's practise, I was able to copy writing Lori's name!

Drying my hair

I'm getting myself dressed these days and as part of my post-bath routine I do like also to give my hair a good dry to keep it, y'know, flyaway.

My new song about the Beatles

This is part of my latest track I wrote about the Beatles visiting for my birthday party although I think I was channeling Pink Floyd's Syd Barrett in my choice of lyrics. I need to work on the chords a bit but I was more concerned with getting the right tone from the pick-ups in this take. At the end I get warned about twiddling with the tuning knobs on Daddy's guitar, but I was only trying to tune it for him.

The Beatles are coming (2013)
Lyrics by Eleanor Jameson

"Doin' it!
The Beatles are gonna...
They're coming over!
They already... got his...
They already got his deedoh.
I look like a lot lop top."

Making more Peppa Pig cakes!

I told Daddy I was making some Peppa Pig cakes and asked if he wanted to give me a hand (specifically with the oven, which I'm not allowed to use). They were pretty good, if I say so myself.
