Bowling for Rusks

Only joking, I don't like rusks. Thing is, we went to a place called Megabowl tonight with mummy, daddy and Lori and to be frank I didn't know what to expect. Mega bowls? Breakfast bowls? I didn't know. I'm not even 2. Give me a break. Anyway - we got there and just, WOW. People were throwing these heavy balls down these wooden tracks towards these white bottles. People were knocking them over, turning to face their friends and cheering. Intriguing and mesmerising though I wanted to see more before I made my mind up.

Lori was really good at it whilst mummy and daddy were just showing off I think. I wasn't so sure but after eventually I had a go and it was BRILLIANT!!! Daddy set up a metal rail so I could set the ball away more easily (I couldn't lift them very well) and it was dead exciting to see the ball roll towards the white bottles. I'll definitely go again, if I can get a lift there off mummy and daddy.

My new big girl bed!

Tonight mummy said I had to go to bed and as usual I didn't really want to. Until I saw my new bed! Yes!
Na'night.

Guarding my beer

It's a quiet Friday evening. I'm just sitting here guarding my beer and making some important notes on people who try to steal my beer.

Remembering

Today was a special day where grown ups were thinking about all the people who were in the wars. I don't really understand it all. Maybe I never will. I don't like the sound of wars. Everyone was talking about poppies so I made one at nursery - hope you like it.

Singing bubbles in the bath!

After borrowing Mummy's make up and painting my eyes black, it was bath time. I was having such a great time I couldn't help but break in to song about how I love the bubbles Mummy put in there!

Off to see the BIG noisy fire bangs!

We went to the sea front tonight to see the big, noisy fire bangs and lots of other people arrived as well. First we went on some rides and had candy floss although I wasn't sure what to make of candy floss. Pink hair which tasted nice?

We had a great time and I had lots of fun on the rides with big sissy and cousin Amy! The fireworks afterwards were really good. Much better than the ones Mummy and Daddy got for our garden on Friday, although I didn't have the heart to tell him that. I did wonder, amongst all the local council cuts, how many people got laid off so they could afford such brilliant fireworks but kept that to myself too. Enjoy the pics!

Noisy fire bangs in the garden!

Tonight we were in the garden so that Daddy could set fire to some noisy fire bangs. As you can see I wasn't sure at first but once I got used to them I thought they were great! Apparently it is something grown ups do every year to celebrate a man who nearly set fire to the Prime Minister's house, or something.
