We were meeting around with a popular new iPhone app, Faceapp, where you can take a picture and it'll show you what you look like with a smile added, when you're older, and if you were a boy instead of a girl! Much fun - here's mine :)
Once upon a time, in the year two thousand and ten and on the twenty fourth day of the third month, a little girl was born at 12:31pm in Newcastle. She was named Eleanor Frances Jameson and all her family smiled. This is her tale...

Playing with Lily
It was great to have my good friend Lily round for afternoon tea! Here we were relaxing and I was showing Lily my photo books from when I was a baby!

Centre for Life!
We headed to Newcastle today to the Centre for Life to see the Lego exhibition. People had used Lego to build all sorts of local landmarks, including the Angel of the North, St James' Park and the Tyne Bridge. Very clever! We enjoyed a 4D motion ride, and a lovely, relaxing story in the planetarium.
There was just time for a trip to Kasper's Ice Cream Parlour for a sundae, before we headed home. Lovely way to spend an Easter Monday!

Happy Easter! Easter Egg Hunt!
After the family dinner we returned home and it seemed the Easter Bunny had been, albeit a little late. I spotted a note on the floor in the living room and it seemed to suggest there was a clue to find. The Easter hunt was on! First clue took us upstairs to my bedroom, and sure enough, chocolate eggs were lurking behind my teddies, along with another clue. There were more eggs to find upstairs before the clues took us back downstairs and into the dining room for the grand prize! The Easter Bunny even found a dairy free egg for Lori!
Happy Easter everyone!

Family dinner in Tynemouth!
There wasn't much time to relax once we'd brought mummy back from the 10K - straight to Tynemouth for a family dinner. It was lovely - Nanna was there, Auntie Sue came up from Guildford, Uncle Paul & Auntie Tracy travelled from Durham with Jonny & Becca, and all the other usual suspects were there; Uncle Mark, Catherine and Nina, Auntie Kirsty and Andrew Winter. And us lot!
Table for 15, please :-)

North Tyneside 10K
Down to the seafront for an early start to watch mummy run the North Tyneside 10K this morning. We waited along the route and she flew past shortly after! Grandad and Jen also did the run, and a big well done to all of them!

Hope & Jordan's birthday tea
Once we got back from Gibside, our favourite twins, Hope & Jordan, popped round to celebrate their birthday with a special birthday tea! We had some fajitas, though I think mummy got a bit mixed up when putting the candles on! Happy birthday both! x
Easter Egg hunt at Gibside!
It was Easter-eve so we jumped in the car for a day out, and an Easter Egg hunt at Gibside! Lovely day to stroll around the Elizabethan country estate. We joined up with the Easter Egg hunt, searching the grounds for clues - interesting to see who used to chill out behind the orangerie! We completed the hunt and I collected a prize (chocolate egg!) before we had a look round the market. Daddy bought some chilli oil and we headed home after a grand day out!
Reference to Mary Eleanor Bowes, who used to live here!
Frightening tree!
Chilling by the Octagon pond
Face paint & a chocolate egg. Great day!
