To the cinemas to see Finding Dory!

We were at a loose end today so Daddy decided to take me to see a film. There was only one thing I wanted to see: the new Disney Pixar film "Finding Dory"! 

As we entered the cinema Nemo was there to greet cinema goers! Couldn't resist getting a photo taken :)

The film itself was great - it was about Dory, a small, forgetful, blue fish who got lost from her mummy & daddy when she was little, and told the story of her adventures in trying to find them again. Really fun film!

An afternoon at South Shields Pleasure Park

Really enjoying the summer holidays so far! Mummy took Lori and me to the funfair at South Shields today! The weather wasn't the best but it didn't rain. We had a really great time on all the rides!

BBQ at Uncle Mark's!

Great day for a BBQ at Uncle Mark's today! Daddy, Lori & I headed over early afternoon and it was great to see Auntie Sue & Lucas were there along with Mummy, Nanna, Uncle Andrew & Suzie, Auntie Kirsty & Andrew! Not forgetting our wonderful hosts, Uncle Mark, Catherine and Nina! We had burgers and had a great time playing in the garden. We all had a great day!

New BFG film!!

We went to see the new BFG film at the cinemas tonight. I really enjoyed the special effects, the giants (especially BFG) and I thought Sophie was very good. Glad we didn't have snozzcumbers for tea though after!

Trip to Tynemouth Park in the sunshine!

It was day 2 of the summer holidays and the sun was shining so we headed over to Tynemouth Park to see Adam Scott's adventure park!

Celebrating the new deck lights

After much thought Daddy decided to extend the decking slightly and fit some small deck lights. He worked really hard on it and got the last bit finished tonight. I'm sure you'll agree it looks really nice. Well done Daddy x

Skipping!

After learning how to do skipping, I've finally managed to get the hang of running and skipping! Here's a slow-motion video!

Strawberry picking in Northumberland!

Today we left daddy to finish the decking and headed off into Northumberland to pick strawberries with Amy and Harry! Sorry everyone, there weren't many left by the time we got home. And yes, they were delicious!

Another tooth has come out!

Time to call the tooth fairy again! My second tooth came out this afternoon! It was hanging very loosely so Daddy ended up pulling it out for me. I was very excited to leave the tooth out for the tooth fairy!

Watching mummy graduate & receive a star prize!

Today was ace! Lori and I got dressed really smartly because today was the day of mummy's graduation! She passed all her exams and even got awarded a special prize for her written piece. We're all so proud of her!

After, we headed into town and checked out the shops! Even bumped in to an old friend (made of Lego) in Fenwick's...

Who you gonna call?!

It was a lovely sunny morning so we took Mickey out for an adventure walk. It's around 2KM in total and takes in a good amount of walking through the farm fields as well as a small grassy area for Mickey to run around in. I was intrigued by the ghost symbol on the phone box until Daddy explained it was for a film!

As you'll see in the video, it didn't take Mickey long to find some new friends and dash over to say hello!

Cats & Kittens - LIVE at the Whitley Bay Playhouse!

The day was finally here; the culmination of months of hard work every Saturday morning at Saturday Stage School : our stage production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cats! The show was in two parts. Lori was in the main performance of Cats and I, because I was in the junior section, was in the Kittens part of the show. So much fun and amazing to be on stage at such a great venue with all our close family there to see us!
