We're going where?? The Cat Café?!!

Mummy often comes up with great places to go to but this was something different entirely! We went to Catpawcino on the Newcastle Quayside which was inhabited by six cats who all belong to the owner! Harry and Jasmine were there too and we all had a great time playing with our new furry friends!

Birthday Chinese for Uncle Mark!

This evening was the belated family celebrations for Uncle Mark's birthday so we all headed down to Cheng's Chinese restaurant in Whitley Bay. We all had a lovely evening; the food was amazing and crucially Mark had a great time! Lori, Nina and I found the prawn crackers to be particularly good tonight :) Happy birthday Uncle Mark! xx

Sleepover at Nanna's!

After Ava's party it was off to Nanna's for a sleepover! We watched some DVDs, had some pizza & chips before chilling on the sofa. Lori & I had a great time at Nanna's, and what a lovely way to round off a lovely weekend!

Ava's birthday party!

It was my friend Ava's 6th birthday party today so after Daddy picked me up from Stage School we were on our way to Blue Flames in Benton for the celebrations! It was great fun; we were busy dancing and playing some party games when the lady said we need to shout for the special guests: Cinderella & Rapunzel! We shouted and shouted and eventually they arrived through the door!

We played more party games, had a little disco and had some yummy party food. Soon it was time to go home but we did so with a smile on our faces. What a lovely day and a lovely party. Happy birthday Ava! x

Cheeky trip to Nandos & retro movie afternoon!

Daddy was off for a few days and this was his last day off so we decided to go for a little treat for lunch; a trip to Nandos! We hadn't been in years so it was a lovely surprise. Daddy had a quinoa salad while Lori and I had chicken burgers with unlimited lemonade! We headed home for the second part of our fun day which was movie afternoon! We stopped off at Sainsbury's for supplies then it was under the blankets for popcorn & Star Wars! Fantastic day!

Snow day!

We couldn't believe it when we woke up this morning to find IT WAS SNOWING!! I couldn't wait to get outside and play in the snow. Daddy helped me build a little snowman, and even Mickey enjoyed the snowy morning! Wish we could have more days like this! I started to feel the cold but Daddy came to the rescue with a lovely mug of hot chocolate. Mmm!

Valentine's Day surprise

It was a fairly uneventful Valenstime Day with no card or flowers for me. Or so I thought. During the afternoon there was a knock at the door. I went to answer it, but there was no one there. But what was that by the front door but a mysterious package accompanied by a red envelope!

I have no idea who sent it but it was a lovely surprise. It drove me mad thinking about who it might be but in the end, sometimes it's best not to know :)
