Once upon a time, in the year two thousand and ten and on the twenty fourth day of the third month, a little girl was born at 12:31pm in Newcastle. She was named Eleanor Frances Jameson and all her family smiled. This is her tale...

Helping Daddy with the new garden
Daddy was just finishing off the new front garden and after a quick trip to Cramlington for some turf, I couldn't wait to help him lay it. Nice job, if I say so myself.

On the beach in Alnmouth!
Another day, another trip north. This time it was to Alnmouth for a picnic on the beach. We met up with Auntie Alice again, and her friend Sally, and the doggies for a lovely afternoon out!
Lovely day for sailing
Playing fetch with the doggies
Is that sand in the cheese dippers?
Shall we leave her? :-)

Going to see Auntie Alice on the train!
Excitement reached fever pitch today as we headed off, on foot, to catch the Metro to catch the big train to visit Auntie Alice in Coldingham. Before we knew it we had arrived in Berwick and Auntie Alice was driving into the station to pick us up, accompanied by her two lovely new doggies!
We had a coffee, well I had apple juice, and then we headed round to the fayre. Lovely stuff!

I was going to spend the day drawing with my chalks on the old concrete but then what a lovely surprise; nanna & Tia dropped in to say hello!

Selfies!
I was tinkering with Daddy's phone and managed to take a couple of what that the youngsters of today call "selfies". As is the style of the time.

The funfair is here again!
It was a lovely, hot, sunny Sunday and so we all went to the funfair round the corner. Almost overnight various scary rides, dubious "hook a duck" stalls and curious amusements had sprung up, seemingly overnight, in a field in Shiremoor. Undeterred by how little time they'd have had for safety checks etc we got our shoes on, and then mummy and daddy had a strange exchange which went:
Daddy: "Right, spectacles, driving gloves, phone, wallet, keys. Wavey, did you get the piccalilli?"
Mummy: "Yes."
Daddy: "Chunky?"
Mummy: "Yes."
Daddy: "Excellent, let’s go to the funfair."
I'll never understand those two. Fun times were ahead though!

Bravery to the max, climbing up this MASSIVE bouncy slide
And a nice surprise waiting at the bottom. Minnie Mouse!
LOVED this Barbie car!
Lori reassuring Daddy on the waltzer
The hero next door!
Looked like a bit of a scary one...
Sadly he wasn't one of the prizes for hooking some ducks
